South Africa Mtentu bridge project is hiring the following positions, the site is located 60km from Port Edward. Project Director 1,At least twenty years experience in planning and managing construction of major civil engineering projects of which ten years are at a senior level. 2,Shall be a Professional Engineer registered with ECSA or equivalent internationally recognised registration and/or legally required qualification applicable. 3,Full time on site. 4,Have demonstrable experience of managing highway and bridge construction projects at high level. 5,Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential and fully fluent in English. Construction Manager 1,At least fifteen years experience in planning and managing construction of major.civil engineering works including bridge and highways projects, of which at least five years will have been at senior Project Manager level. 2,Shall be a Professional Engineer registered with ECSA or equivalent internationally recognised registration and/or legally required qualification applicable. 3,Have a good understanding of the major issues affecting a bridge construction project of this nature, appreciation of the environmental impacts for projects of this nature, excellent communication skills and be fully fluent in English. 4,This person shall be required to be full time on site. Bridge Construction Engineer 1,At least fifteen years experience in the design and construction of major civil engineering works that include large bridges. The candidate shall be a Professional Engineer registered with ECSA or equivalent internationally recognised registration and/or legally required qualification applicable to the candidate. It is strongly preferred that the candidate has previous experience in the erection of major concrete bridges constructed using balanced cantilever methods. 2,The candidate must possess good communication skills and be fully fluent in English. 3,This person shall be required to be full time on site. Temporary Works and Erection Design Manager/s 1,At least ten years experience in the design of permanent and temporary works for major civil structural engineering projects that include large bridges. The candidate shall have previous experience of the erection of large bridges. The candidate shall be a Professional Engineer registered with ECSA or equivalent internationally recognised registration and/or legally required qualification applicable to the candidate. It is preferred that the candidate has previous experience in the erection of major concrete bridges constructed using balanced cantilever methods and incremental launch methods. 2,The candidate must possess good communication skills and be fully fluent in English. Quality Manager 1,Be responsible for ensuring that members of the Contractor’s staff comply with the quality requirements of the Contract and for certifying that completed Work Items and activities comply with the requirements of the Contract. 2,Have an engineering, quantity surveying or similar recognized degree and minimum of five years experience in an ISO9000 environment of a similar nature to the project. 3,Possess good communication skills and be fully fluent in English. 4,This person shall be required to be full time on site. Health and Safety Manager 1,The Contractor’s Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for ensuring that members of the Contractor’s staff comply with the Health and Safety requirements of the Contract. The Health and Safety Manager shall have the minimum of an accredited Construction Health and Safety certificate and a minimum of five years experience in Health and Safety on civil engineering, structural and bridge projects,working in an ISO14000 environment in a similar appointment. 2,The Health and Safety Manager shall be fully conversant with South African legislation. The candidate must possess good communication skills and be fully fluent in English. 3,This person shall be registered as a Construction Health and Safety Manager (CHM) with the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP). 4,This person shall be required to be full time on site. Site Environmental Control Officer 1,The Site Environmental Control Officer will be responsible for ensuring that members of the Contractor’s staff comply with the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and the project environmental authorization requirements of the Contract. 2,Have an appropriate environmental natural science qualification and minimum of five years experience. The Site Environmental Control Officer shall be fully conversant with South African legislation. 3,The candidate must possess good communication skills and be fully fluent in English. 4,This person shall be required to be full time on site. (2)Responsible for daily accounting and financial report preparation of overseas institution. (3)Complete tax declaration work on time. (4)Assist the chief financial officer in other financial management related work. 2. Requirements (1)Accounting, financial management, finance, auditing and other related majors.
