Senior HR Manager(SSC)
Job Duties:
-Handle full spectrum of HR duties, including payroll preparation, performance management, recruitment, benefits administration, training management and perform daily HR routine duties for the company management area ;
-Coordinate with the third-party human resources service provider to execute monthly payroll processing ;
-Responsible for developing and improving Employee handbook of the company management area according to local regulations and internal policies ;
-Manage HRIS Implementation and Maintenance;
-Support the implementation of relevant HR duties in the company management area and perform ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines ;
• At least 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in telecom industry / sizeable companies ;
• Willingness to learn and self-motivation will be highly recognized ;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required ;
• Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin ;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint ;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
